Store Policy

  • All orders with incorrect addresses will be cancelled.

  • Customer will be charged a fee if address is incorrect.

  • Made to order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • We accept orders worldwide.

  • All orders shipped internationally are final sale.

  • Illiminate is NOT responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. Buyer is accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.


  • Exchanges must be processed within 14 days of shipment date.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect and the item is in stock.

  • We cannot accept requests for changing the color or size.

  • If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unwashed and unworn in its original condition.

  • Please include a note with your full name and order number.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipment Process

  • All orders will be packaged within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders may take up to 4-6 weeks.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

  • Domestic orders typically take 2-5 business days to be delivered.

  • International orders typically take 5-10 business days to be delivered.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS from our headquarters in San Jose, CA.

  • Please expect delays during and after holidays, sales, pre-orders and special events.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
